*Start by washing the potatoes in lukewarm water.
*Use paper towels to dry them, and then drizzle them with oil and salt. You can use any oil of your choice.
*Prepare your pellet grill and set the temperature to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. For pellets, you can go with hickory, cherry, oak, or pecan.
*Set the oil and salt-rubbed potatoes on the grill or in the drip pan.
*Close the lid and leave it for 2 to 3 hours. But don’t forget to keep a check on the internal temperature.
*The potatoes will be done when the internal temperature reaches 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
*After the potatoes are done, remove them from the grill and serve them hot.
You can customize the dish with some bacon bits, cheese, or whatever you like.
New York Strip

Ingredients: New York strip steaks, kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, and dried marjoram.

* The first step is to season the steaks well. Apply salt and pepper on both sides as well as on the edges.

Ingredients: Cowboy steaks, garlic, coarse salt, onion powder, black pepper, dried thyme, dried marjoram, smoked paprika, butter ingredients, and olive oil.
Note: You are recommended to use hickory or oak pellets for the best flavor.
*Set the temperature to 225 degrees Fahrenheit, and prepare the garlic-herb butter. Mix 1/2 cup of butter with ½ tablespoon of rosemary, two cloves of minced garlic, and two teaspoons of thyme. Stir the mixture together, and then rub it on both sides of the steak with a little oil.
*Once your steaks are nicely seasoned, place them on the pellet grill, and cook them for about 45 minutes.
*Remove the steaks from the grill at 5 degrees before reaching the desired doneness.

Smoked Turkey

Ingredients: A whole turkey, poultry basting sauce, turkey injection marinade, and dry brine.
*If you are using a frozen turkey, you will have to thaw it properly. Also, if you are using the turkey injection, then skip adding salt to the marinade.
*You should inject the marinade into the thigh and breast region of the bird.
*Now mix the dry brine ingredients and place the turkey in a food-grade plastic bag. Remove all the air from the plastic bag and seal it. Refrigerate the bird for at least 24-36 hours.
*The target temperature is 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
*Take out the turkey from the plastic bag and get rid of the excess moisture.
*Add some fresh herbs or onions to the cavity.
*Place the marinated turkey on the grill plates and shut the lid. Let it cook for 2 ½ hours.
*Mix the poultry baste ingredients and apply them to the turkey. Shut the lid and cook the bird for another 2 hours.
*Reheat the basting mix as required, and close the lid again. This time, let it cook for another 3 hours.

Pulled Pork

Ingredients: 1 pork butt, Worcestershire or mustard sauce, garlic-maple pork injection, SPG rub, honey BBQ rub, aluminum foil, and apple cider vinegar.
*Start by cutting off the excess fat.
*Mix the injection ingredients and inject it slowly.
*Now wrap the pork with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 4-12 hours.
*Once done, remove the pork from the fridge and unwrap it.
*Season the pork nicely with honey BBQ rub and SPG rub. Let it be at room temperature for some time.
*Preheat your pellet grill to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
*Once your grill is hot and ready, place the pork on the grill, and cook it for 4 hours.
*Take out your pork and place it on a disposable aluminum pan.
*Crank up the temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
*Add 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar to the pan and wrap it with foil. Put the pan back in the grill and wait for the met temperature to reach 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
*Take it out from the grill and let it stay for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
*Remove the large bone and other clumps, and then hand-pull the pork.
